Do I need to download an app?+

Yes. After purchase, you'll receive a link to download Amsterdam Mokum Tour and activate your access. Android support is planned; check current app availability before buying.

How do I get started after buying?+

After payment, open the app on your phone and sign in with the same email, Apple, or Google account you used at checkout. Your access unlocks on that same account.

During the tour

Can I use this on my boat rental day?+

Absolutely. It's designed for boat rentals, with dock markers and warning zones for boat mode. Stories can start near landmarks while the app is open, and manual playback is available in the app when it's safe.

What languages are available?+
