How does the tour work?

Download the app, get your access, and start exploring. Stories can start near landmarks while the app is open, and you can tap any story manually from the map.

Do I need to download an app?

Yes. After purchase, download Amsterdam Mokum Tour from the App Store and sign in with the same account to activate your access. Android support is planned; check current app availability before buying.

How do I get started after buying?

After payment, open the app on your phone and sign in with the same email, Apple, or Google account you used at checkout. Your access unlocks on that same account.

During the tour

Can I use this on my boat rental day?

Yes. It's designed for boat rentals, with dock markers and warning zones for boat mode. Stories can start near landmarks while the app is open, and manual playback is available in the app when it's safe.

Does it work on bikes and walking tours too?

Yes. The app works on boat, bike, and walking tours. Keep your phone with you so nearby stories can start, and use manual playback whenever needed.

What languages are available?

We support five languages: English, Dutch, French, German, and Spanish. You can switch between them easily inside the app.

How long are the audio stories?

Most stories last 1-2 minutes.
