Amsterdam Mokum Tour is a trade name of The Company Novelties, located at Prinsengracht 15K, 1015 DK Amsterdam, The Netherlands (KVK: 33223481). We are responsible for the processing of your personal data.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only the data needed to run the tour, payments, support, and optional analytics:

Email Address: Required to send your tour access and receipt.
Payment Information: Processed by Mollie; we only receive payment confirmation, never card details.
Location Data: Used in-app to trigger nearby audio stories and support map features. We do not retain your location history on our servers.
Support Details: If you contact us through the support form, we process the fields you submit: name, email address, subject, message, purchase email, and payment reference.
Technical Request Data: For support requests, we process IP address and simple rate-limit data to reduce abuse and spam.
Notification Preference: If you allow notifications in the app, we use that permission to show local notifications for nearby stories and safety alerts. We do not store a push token on our servers.
Usage Analytics and Marketing Measurement: Website analytics and marketing measurement through Google, Meta/Facebook, and Microsoft Clarity, only after you accept analytics and marketing cookies.
